Jaime Nowack

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Jaime served in the United States Air Force (USAF) where she built a career centered on leadership, communication, teamwork, and taking care of people. That experience taught her the importance of preparation, attention to detail, clear communication, and remaining calm when the stakes are high, qualities she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Having spent much of her adult life as part of the military community, Jaime also understands firsthand the challenges that come with military moves, relocations, deployments, and establishing a home in a new community. She especially enjoys helping military members and their families make the Emerald Coast feel like home, whether they are arriving for a new assignment, purchasing their first home, investing in property, or preparing for their next move.

Above all, Jaime has a genuine passion for helping people. She believes a great REALTOR® should be more than someone who opens doors, writes contracts, or puts a sign in the yard. She strives to be an advocate, resource, problem-solver, and trusted friend throughout the process. Her goal is to make sure her clients feel informed, supported, and confident from their first conversation through closing and long after the keys have been handed over.
