There is Waterfront and then there is WATERFRONT. Welcome to 4018 PRINCESS LANE. End of the road privacy with over a half-acre lot with over 260' of Western wrap around never-ending beautiful sunsets and marine wildlife. Within 30' of the shorelines is everything from Dolphins, Manatees, Eagles, Ospreys and many other bird species. Being the end corner lot allows for one side of no adjoining neighbors. This beautiful but modest home sits in the middle of over half acre lot leaving a lot of space all around the property. The home sits on two lots and could eventually be divided if you choose. There is over 1,700 sq ft of waterfront views from every room. The home is a 2-bedroom 2 bath home with an additional home office with a waterfront view, too. This 10X10 room could be converted into a third bedroom if necessary. There is a beautiful Sunroom with new hurricane windows to sit and enjoy the bay. There is DIRECT GULF ACCESS from the back yard. Privacy fence blocking the neighboring yard. The home is ready to move in! Waterproof laminate flooring throughout the entire home. Widened driveway allowing for 4 car parking in the driveway plus adjoining gravel drive for 2+ additional cars. New 10'x16' storage building and an additional drive all the way into the back yard with a private area down to the water which has full hookup for an RV for your guest's privacy when they come to stay longer than you really choose for them to. Short term rentals are available in this area which would make for a great rental investment property and still allow all the private use you would care to enjoy. The home could easily sleep 8 to 10 people. A small separate 12' x12' upper deck was built to enjoy the view over the small bayou area beside the home which has plenty of storage underneath for beach chairs, outdoor games, etc...
